Yah so ive read some crap bout this chick on the forum, but have no clue who she is. Someone mind explaining....

It's Gaile Gray, she is community realtions for the GW community.

We report stuff to her, she feeds it to Anet... Like bugs, ideas etc.

Her and another person from NCSoft have accounts on the forums and browse through looking at concerns and ideas about the GW community
